We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Port-Louis, this charming house air-conditioned with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 1,920 m² as well as a private terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area : - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... Night area: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Exterior: - A terrace of about 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days. Common area: - A swimming pool of about 8m x 4m (not heated) open all year round with fence. - A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,920 m². For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - Catering and breakfast possible with supplement, request and payment on the spot. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged. - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or with an extra charge of 50€ to be paid on site to our service provider).
