The space Nestled in the rolling hills of the Chiana Valley, at the foot of the beautiful town of Cortona, we find ourselves facing a majestic villa which, from its raised position, overlooks and masters the surrounding area, rich in cultivated fields of sunflowers, olive and vineyards: Villa Anita The villa, recently renovated (the works were completed in October 2015), was built entirely of stone and is set in a large garden full of flowers and plants. Its location makes it the ideal place to discover the most beautiful towns of Tuscany and Umbria such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Perugia, Assisi, Pienza and many more, all within less than an hour's drive. The garden is private and has ample private parking. The beautiful swimming pool (6 x 12 m, minimum height of 1 m - maximum height 1.70 m, open from mid May to September) is placed in a panoramic position and well exposed to the sun. The pool is equipped with massage jets and complete with sun beds, chairs, umbrellas and solar shower. From the pool the view gets lost in the surrounding countryside, a landscape that with its colors and perfumes will leave you breathless and give you unforgettable sunsets. Outside you will also have a barbecue, table and chairs at your disposal ideal for al fresco dining, perhaps accompanied by one of the great wines produced in this area. The villa is accessed directly and easily from the scenic road leading from Cortona to Farneta, whose Abbey is definitely worth a visit.
