A fabulously furnished estate, with an open floor plan, the upper entry-level offers a dining area, cozy living room, and a pool table with incredible lake and mountain views. Out the sliding glass doors is a large deck with spectacular views of the lake and a brand new Hot Tub! The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials for cooking including cookware, high-end appliances, and breakfast bar seating. The outside deck on the first floor provides a 180-degree view of the lake with a dining table, BBQ, and a new hot tub to relax and take in the views. Out the backdoor, you will find 100 feet of shoreline on the lake. Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. - Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. - Lake levels may vary. This dock is beached. - This home can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults. - Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property - AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property. - The kayaks onsite are not available for guest use. Parking Details: 4 cars can park onsite.
