At the gates of Normandy, this village house comfortably accommodates 4 people with 2 real bedrooms. Ideal for a nature getaway, 1 hour from Paris and 1.5 hours from the Normandy Coast. Close to Giverny, La Roche-Guyon, Vernon. Walks along the Seine or forest, water activities and 18-hole golf. In addition, I am a State Graduate in Classical and Modern Jazz Dance. Opportunities for guests to practice according to taste and level. 1.5 hours of dance in my beautiful studio. The space 75 m² house completely redone, with independent access. On the ground floor, a large open and fully equipped kitchen, a living room/dining room opening onto the private courtyard and its outdoor dining area, a bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor, two large bedrooms, 1 160 bed, 1 140 bed, all facing east and south, a bathroom with toilet. Available: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, connected TV, dishwasher, washing machine, sheets and linens. Guest access The house is directly accessible from the street (very quiet) with its independent entrance. Guests have access to the entire house, yard, as well as a closed troglodyte cellar (bike or other storage) and private parking for 2 vehicles, across the street. Other things to note The house overlooks the Seine Valley, near the Méricourt Dam, offering a superb panorama. Like the rest of the village, it is built on a limestone cliff typical of this region. The warm decor blends modern functional elements, family furniture and antique objects.
