Decorated in a marine style, it has a kitchen, living / dining room with access to a terrace that offers a lot of privacy, a double room with access to a balcony, one with two single beds, a full bathroom. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, outdoor lighting and barbecue to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors. The house is located in a very small community with a community pool. Additional information: A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. No smoking allowed in the house . Well trained pets are welcome - max 1. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the price for all guests. Groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are more than welcome. Before your arrival, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in by providing the information required under the Real Decreto 933/2021.
