The home also has two other dining areas, large spacious 8 seater dining table which enjoys coastal breezes plus another dining area in the open plan kitchen/dining area. This coastal four bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated in an excellent position on a one way street. The front yard is huge, so plenty of room to play cricket or park a boat or extra vehicles. Extra large master bedroom with ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two single beds and the 4th bedroom has one single bed. All 4 bedrooms feature reverse cycle air conditioning! Kitchen features a large fridge freezer and dishwasher for your convenience. Large spacious lounge room to watch television. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer plus outside clothesline to hang your beach towels. Hop, skip and a 2 minute walk and you can leave your footprints in the sand on our beautiful Lammermoor beach. A 2 minute drive to Cedar Park shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, doctors, bakery etc and 4 minutes drive to Yeppoon CBD shops and two bigger shopping centres. 4 minute drive to Rosslyn Bay Harbour to put your boat in and discover the many islands of the Keppel Bay. Plenty of room to park a boat or trailer. All linen is provided except for beach towels. Please bring your own toiletries. PLEASE NOTE: Garage will be undergoing renovations and will not be available for use. Rest assured, we will keep the area neat and safe, and no work will be done while guests are present.
