The building is located in front of the Vatican Walls, erected by Pope Leo IV to protect St. Peter's Church which today delimit the sovereignty of the Vatican City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984. The space The apartment, strategically located and with excellent connections, offers a stay in the center of the city of Rome but at the same time away from the noise of the city. The living area is spacious and bright, characterized by a modern design and with fine finishes. Two of the three bedrooms have a private bathroom and a very comfortable queen bed; while the third bedroom offers two single beds. There is a third bathroom near the kitchen which is fully equipped and easy to use. The apartment has a private terrace bordered by a lovely garden. Upon your arrival, you will find a complete set of exclusive Luxury linen from the historic Italian company Pedersoli, with a supply of shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Covid-19 measures: the house is completely sanitized and sealed so after sanitation you will be the first to enter. Guest access The apartment is yours alone for the duration of your stay. Other things to note To offer all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following: - Check-in from 3 PM, early check-in upon request - Check-out until 10 AM, late check-out upon request - Check-in from 10 PM to Midnight is subject to an extra fee of 20€ and from Midnight to 2 AM of € 40 (Check-in after 2 AM upon request), to be paid directly at the check-in by cash or credit card. - Please respect the home and the people living in the building. - Cleaning services and additional linen are available for a fee and on request. - Guests will be required to present a valid ID at check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities. - Guests will be invited to sign a short lease contract which will be made available by e-mail before arrival. - Inside the apartment you will find the House Manual with all the essential information. - Guests have access to a concierge service from the time of booking until check-out.
