Things to know: Parking for 3 Automobiles Motorcycles, boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Must be 25 years or older to book this home, and be present for the duration of the stay. Absolutely NO Pets! Includes 8 community amenity wristbands for guest 12 and up, additional weekly wristbands maybe purchased. Spa and Pool heated for additional fee of $60+tax per day for the duration of the stay, in the months of October-May. Spa and pools are not heated during the months of June-September. The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. 
This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund. 
Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. 
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.
 Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay. This policy helps ensure a safe, respectful environment for our homes, neighbors, and all guests. Reservations made in violation of this requirement may be subject to cancellation without refund.
