Outdoor Amenities: - Huge pool - Large play ground - Over an acre backyard for pool activities and games like soccer, volleyball, bad Mitton, and more. - Front porch and large back deck with fire table Access and Restrictions: - Full access to main home, front and backyard, and pool. - Detached garage is off-limits (except for the outdoor bathroom which is located on the back of the garage) due to a long-term tenant who lives in the apartment. - Parking for up to five vehicles in driveway only; no street parking and no blocking the right garage door farther from the house. Requirements: - Guests must sign rental agreement, pool waiver, and house rules before stay. ** We do utilize a strict cancellation policy so if you have any concern about canceling your booking then we highly recommend that you utilize travel insurance either through your credit card or through a travel insurance company. We are willing to accommodate as much as we can.** Guests will have access to the whole main home, the front yard and porch, the backyard and porch, and the pool. On the property there is also a detached garage. Long term tenants live in the apartment above the detached garage and as such the garage is completely off limits to all Airbnb guests. These tenants will NOT enter the main residence or utilize any of the outdoor amenities during your stay. Please do not park directly in front of the garage in order to not block the driveway out. Five car limit, no street parking.
