We offer you pure relaxation on over 130 m² of living space and a fantastic view of Lake Altdorf. Our vacation home is designed with a lot of love for your needs. It offers space for wellness, retreat, shared time and relaxation. You enter the vacation home and after crossing the hallway you enter the spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. A high-quality gas fireplace in the living area, which you can conveniently operate from the comfort sofa by remote control, provides additional adjustable heat for underfloor heating in all rooms on the ground floor. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a large, high-quality box spring bed and electric shutters. Relaxing hours are pre-programmed in the in-house sauna. Here you can relax to your heart's content. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a glazed walk-in rain dance shower. A high-quality wooden staircase leads to the equally spacious upper floor. There are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Sloping ceilings give the bedrooms a particularly cozy atmosphere. Both bedrooms are equipped with a high-quality box spring bed and TV. You will sleep heavenly. The 870 m² property has its own access to the lake and an associated rowboat that is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay. On the large terrace you can enjoy plenty of space and can enjoy a hearty breakfast in the soothing morning sun or a relaxing get-together in the evening. On request, we can provide a cot for children up to 3 years of age as well as a high chair. Our vacation home also has a washing machine, dryer and a house safe. The complex also includes a beach volleyball court with the finest Baltic sand, a children's playground and a swimming area with a jetty. Your holiday area: The Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide The nature park covers almost 360 km² and with its almost 60 lakes belongs to the Mecklenburg Lake District. Forest grows on more than 50% of the park area. With extensive walks or bike rides through nature, many rare animal and plant species can be observed with a bit of luck. The entire nature park has been declared a European bird sanctuary because of its diversity of endangered bird species. The area of the nature park is accessible with over 250 km of cycling and hiking trails, 100 km of circular hiking trails and about 160 km of riding trails. The Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park is one of the darkest regions in Germany, which is now a quality feature for many visitors. On a clear night, it is not only the townspeople who are amazed at the sight of the countless stars.
