Adjacent to this, a stylish ground floor shower room offers a walk-in shower, pedestal wash hand basin, and a lower-level WC. A separate utility room with a washing machine and clothes airer adds convenience to your stay. Venture to the first floor to discover the heart of the home—a breathtaking 19'1" x 10'8" lounge with panoramic sea views. An expansive second reception room features a dining table for eight, complemented by equally stunning sea views. The newly fitted midnight blue kitchen is a culinary haven equipped with modern amenities, including a toaster, microwave, kettle, American fridge freezer, LAMONA five-ring electric hob, electric oven, and microwave. The open-plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly flow into the spacious lounge, offering a 70-inch flat-screen TV, a large leather corner sofa, an additional lounge chair with a footrest, and a bar area with two raised bar stools. French doors open onto a magnificent two-tiered sundeck adorned with modern rattan furniture, a table, and chairs, and four sun loungers—a perfect spot for soaking up the sun and enjoying direct access to the beach. The first floor also hosts three additional bedrooms—a king-sized bed, a double bed, and a room with two single beds, providing ample storage for clothes. A family shower room with a shower area, pedestal wash hand basin, and a low-level WC ensures convenience for all. At the front of the property, off-road parking accommodates several cars, while the mature garden with shrubs and plants offers a tranquil rural outlook from a raised sun patio. Pevensey Bay, known for its dog-friendly shingle beach, sets the scene for a relaxing holiday. This property welcomes one small dog, ensuring a pet-friendly stay with the use of a stair gate and closed bedroom doors. Indulge in coastal elegance, where every detail has been carefully curated to provide a memorable seaside retreat. Entry instructions will be given 3 days prior to arrival. We allow one small dog to stay in the property but please note the stair gate must be put across and the bedroom doors need to remain closed to prevent the dog from going on the beds. For guests who may struggle with the internal 12 stairs there is a flat way into the property just a few houses down and along the beach which brings you into the back entrance. The majority of the house is then on one level. Please ask if you require any clarification on access or layout. The holiday home-owner will be available for the duration of your stay to answer any questions you may have. A phone number will be provided for you along with your check in instructions. While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest. For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
