The space This spacious three-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 1,556 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, one queen in the second bedroom, two twins in the third and one queen Murphy bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, two private baths, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and balcony with barbecue grill. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private sleeping area sleeps six. This resort has no elevators. The upper level units can only be accessed by a 13-step staircase. Limited ground floor requests are accepted based on physical or medical needs. Two-bedroom twin suites are located in various buildings and have different layouts, including all bathrooms being accessed only through bedrooms. Parking is limited, and the resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
