Our two apartments Marienhof are close to Arnstein Abbey and the Lahn. Thanks to the central location to the Nassauer Land, the Einrich, the Blauen Ländchen and the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis, our apartments offer the ideal starting point for excursions. This lovingly furnished apartment on the upper floor offers plenty of space for couples, fitters, families or friends. Two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area are available. The space Our apartment has a size of about 54 square meters and can accommodate 1 to max. 4 people. If more space is needed, it is possible to rent both apartments together. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Please only smoke outside the building or on the terrace or in the garden. The apartment is composed by: 2 bedrooms, 1x with double bed 160 x 200 cm and a baby bed, 1x with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm. 1 living room with 40-inch satellite TV, game console and stereo system. 1 fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and dining table with 4 chairs. 1 small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Hallway with wardrobe and shoe rack. Internet access (LAN or Wi-Fi) with 60 Mbit/s download available! The apartment is equipped with gas central heating and wooden floors. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee by arrangement. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. Furthermore, a table tennis table and a dart board are available for leisure activities on request. Guest access Gartenstraße is a quiet residential area without through traffic. Parking is possible directly in the yard or in the carport. For a contactless key handover or outside check-in and check-out times, we provide a key safe per apartment. Other things to note Bed linen, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwashing detergent are included. Pets on request. Washer and dryer are available for a fee.
