Cabana Barcelo farmhouse for 12 persons

Vacation home distributed in two adjoining houses to be rented as a single property. There is a total of 6 bedrooms, for 12 people. Part of a small group of 3 country houses located in a private and peaceful place only 4 minutes drive to the small village Cas Concos, Mallorca, The space The house offers an open plant kitchen with adjoining dining area. There is also a bedroom with double bed and a separate shower room. Stone stairs lead to the upper floor. On the right there is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and an en suite shower room. Another step leads into a large, cozy living room. To the right of the living room is a large shower-room. To the left of the living room is the 3rd bedroom; a spacious room with a double bed and windows overlooking the pool and surrounding area. The other house has a dining room with a vaulted ceiling and an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. Bedroom with double bed and a shower-room. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and two bath/shower-rooms. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited timetable (19:00 - 05:00) The pool (11 x 5) and garden are as impressive as the inside of the house. From the pool there are wonderful views over to the mountain of Puig de San Salvador, and back to the thick stone walls of the farmhouse itself. The garden is full of fruit trees, figs, cherries, olives and almonds. There is also a tennis table.
