The house is spacious, with bright, airy and integrated spaces, arranged on two floors and has 4 suites. The property is located just a few steps from the condominium's exclusive beach and borders one of the canals of Lagoa de Santa Maria. Ideal and recommended for a group of families and friends, the house comfortably accommodates 10 people, who will enjoy cozy and appropriately decorated spaces, with new equipment and facilities. On the ground floor there is a large integrated social space, with double height, favoring the direct connection with the beautiful external landscape. The living room connects to the TV room, 2 dining spaces, toilet, two suites, open concept kitchen complete with all utensils and equipment, laundry area with washing machine and staff room with private bathroom. On the Upper Floor are the other two suites with balconies and private access to the penthouse. In the transition to the outdoor area is the gourmet balcony with barbecue, refrigerator, freezer, beer maker and a large dining table with a griddle for preparing grilled meats, vegetables and seafood. In the outdoor area there is a relaxation lounge with hammocks and a set of armchairs. The garden is entirely surrounded by coconut trees, spread over 1,000 m2 of area with landscape treatment carefully designed with species native to the Atlantic forest. The private pool has 80.00 m2, distributed in three depths, with emphasis on the 18 meter swimming lane and two shallow areas suitable for children, the elderly and babies. Around the pool there are two decks with sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition to the amenities available in the condominium, the house has a large grassy green area, hammocks, games, toys, as well as soccer balls, volleyball and tennis and beach tennis rackets, which will be available for fun for adults and children. We provide bed, table and bath linen, including extra towels for use at the beach and pool. For babies, we provide a high chair, bathtub, crib with mattress and bed side protection. Some amenities are offered free of charge, such as: Wi-Fi with internet access in all rooms, external garden cleaning and pool treatment. If requested by the Guest, a day laborer may be hired for housekeeping and kitchen services. NOTE: Events are not permitted. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house and especially the facilities at Condomínio Parque Interlagos. The condominium has an excellent social and leisure structure, with its own restaurant, swimming pool, gym, 4 tennis courts, football field, beach tennis courts, playgrounds and cycle paths, in addition to the natural beauty of the beaches and lush native vegetation. Other things to note Events and parties such as weddings, baptisms, company gatherings, graduations, advertising filming, photo shoots, etc. are not permitted. access for potential guests of guests is limited to 2 visitors per day. A separate charge of R$150.00/day is charged for water, gas and electricity.
