"Aloha Retreat" is a 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home in the luxury Windsor Island Resort, which is only 8 miles away from Disney. Our home is an easy 5-minute walk to the clubhouse and FREE amenities - lazy river, double water slides, mini golf, heated pool, gym, arcade and much more. Our home has a private heated pool, a game room (no AC), themed rooms, and a complimentary Weber grill. All adult guest must provide first and last names to be registered. Only registered guests will be allowed entrance to the resort. The security guard at the gate house will verify photo IDs. For the driver, a driver’s license from any country is required (foreign driver's license is OK); for the passengers, either a driver’s license or passport will work. The resort also has 24hr security guard on site and on-call sheriff. Please note that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and absolutely NO SMOKING at this property. Should any pet or smoking be found at the property, you will have to leave immediately and forfeit all money paid towards booking. There are external video cameras at the property: At the main entrance POOL HEAT: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. STARTER SET: A "starter set" of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags will be provided. It will NOT be replenished. Publix and CVS is less than one mile away. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided. TRASH DISPOSAL: Community has daily trash collection. Trash must be bagged in 13 Gallon kitchen trash bags, otherwise it will be rejected by trash collection workers. NO loose trash in the outside trash bin. GRILL: We provide the grill to our guests free of charge. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and exchanging propane tank if needed. We provide disposable grill drip pan to make the cleaning a bit easier for you. You can find the disposable drip pan in the closet under the stairs. More details can be found in the attached house guide, or on the patio wall next to the sliding door. Our housekeeper will charge $65 to clean the grill if Guest does not have the time to do so. Package Delivery: You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned package.
