Beautiful apartment on the ground floor, very large with 3 spacious bedrooms and garden for up to 10 people, with modern and new furniture designed specifically for this space. The entire 3-story building is Airbnb, and each level is a full apartment. There are no steps in between so it's perfect for people with limited mobility, but the best thing is that we are super hosts, and we know how to exceed your expectations so that your stay is perfect and you rate us with 5 stars. The space Located in a high-level residential area with 2 parking lots with electric gate. Very close to Expo Guadalajara and Plaza citela. Ideal for families or large groups that do not want to separate renting several rooms or deptos and who are looking for comfort at a good price being together. The first bedroom is a King size with a full private bathroom overlooking the garden. It has details that make it very cozy and a spacious closet. It has a ceiling fan to make it more comfortable and quiet The second bedroom is a bunk bed with 2 double beds and a single and a desk perfect for the "home officie". It also has a very spacious closet and with a floor fan. The third bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with a large closet and ceiling fan. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway for these two bedrooms and living room and dining room The living room, dining room, and kitchen are really spacious and with a design that will invite you to have a good wine or coffee. There is a 50" TV in the living room and a comfortable armchair. The kitchen has everything you need on a trip (crockery for 11 people, white and red glasses, tequileros, sailors, coffee maker, juice machine, etc..). Very spacious and with nice design At the top of the building there is a room with 2 washers and 2 20 kg dryers for use at no extra cost The garden has a living room to be able to spend an afternoon drinking or eating something outdoors. The parking lot is for 2 cars and is controlled with an electric gate. It has 30gb wifi and is very stable in any area of the house The entrance is with a lockbox where the keys are located and you can enter at any time you want autonomously. You can walk to a very large square called Ciudadela that has cinemas, restaurants and a Walmart. It will be very difficult for you to find an apartment with the dimensions and space of this unit, so we look forward to any questions you may have. The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of $180 pesos per person per night. Guest access Everything is private and nothing is shared with anyone, other than the entrance to the parking lot, but each unit has 2 independent parking lots The only restrictions are moderate noise after 9 pm and respect for the neighbors Please note that some of the furniture and decorations shown in the pictures may change due to wear and tear, but that will not affect your stay at all. The bottles of wine, glasses, flowers, etc. that are seen in the photo, or are included in the rent and are only put there for the photo. Other things to note In stays longer than one week, at least one weekly cleaning will be carried out, which will be charged in $600 to the client, to make a change of sheets and towels, and keep the state of the apartment in optimal condition.
