It's chill here. We have made upgrades - a new master and guest bathroom, new sleeper sofa, a privacy fence, & a fantastic hot tub. You'll be comfortable. This place has a vibe-clean and comfortable. Located on a quiet street bordering a mountain, close to the east Joshua Tree Park entrance. Entire house is yours - large fenced yard, nicely furnished inside and out, new appliances, 2 large smart TVs, wi-fi, gas fireplace, kitchen, BBQ, laundry room, hot tub, garage. The space Entire house is yours to enjoy. You are sure to be in comfort with both swamp cooling and air conditioning, as well as a heater and a gas fireplace. Or just open the front and back doors and enjoy the amazing cross breeze. Unwind and watch the sunset from the very private front patio. Hang out and barbecue out back in the large back yard- better yet, have cocktails on the enclosed and very private front patio in the jacuzzi. There is a fully stocked kitchen with an ice maker in the refrigerator and a dishwasher. Coffee and seasonings are provided, as are dishes, pots, and pans. If you don't feel like cooking indoors, use the propane grill on the rear patio. The living room features a fireplace, sleeper sofa, love seat, and big screen, smart TV. The TV comes with streaming services netflix, and amazon prime. There is 5G WiFi as well. There are two bedrooms with a queen size beds, cotton linens, comforters, and pillows. The Master bedroom features a large smart TV. There is also a futon in the large hallway that sleeps two. Extra linens are provided. Hot tub is meant for four persons. It is located on the private front porch space. Please shower before entering. The back yard is fenced for privacy. And there are fruit trees and seasonal herbs. Note: Due to our high turn over, we must observe strict check in and check out times. Also, bring your pet, but please no pets on the furniture. We just added a sleeper sofa. So, we can accomodate 6 people now. Please be aware that the house is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. We can, however, accomodate 6 people with two queen beds, a sleeper sofa, and a futon. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. There is space only one car in the garage, as my truck occupies one of the two spaces. However, the driveway can accommodate additional cars. Other things to note This house is dog friendly. Please limit it to one dog. No cats, please. No parties or events. Please leave it as you found it. You are responsible to repair or replace anything you damage. There are lights on the front patio. They are on a timer. Please respect our neighbors, and keep the noise level down after hours. Twentynine Palms quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The hot tub is an amenity. If it is not operational for any reason, a maximum of 20% of the listed price (before taxes and cleaning fees) for each day of it not being available will be offered. Registration number VHR027
