The space Beautiful fully renovated two-bedroom villa, next to the Biosfera Shopping Center; located between the old and new city of Puerto del Carmen. This villa has a magnificent and large terrace, partially uncovered, which actually provides an additional room. The view of the Atlantic Ocean and the quiet location make the stay pleasant and relaxing. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. It borders another apartment, but it is not attached. Guests have access to all the areas described. Other things to note The rental price list refers to an occupancy of two people. For each additional guest (up to four), we need an additional €18.00/night for preparation, laundry, cleaning, and an increase in water and electricity costs. Final cleaning and linen are included in these prices. Weekly (1 week) minimum stay. For periods of 3 weeks and more, 5% discounts.
