Rose Mullion Cottage is a delightful 3 bedroom property in the pretty village of Pett, close to Rye & Hastings. A listed property with a contemporary finish, it has all the comforts you could wish for, a home from home. Exposed beams, inglenook fireplaces and comfortable furnishings, help to make the cottage welcoming. A fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge and dining room, 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and large garden. Dog and family friendly located in a village setting. The space Fully equipped kitchen with a Krups/Nespresso coffee machine (some capsules provided), dishwasher , washing machine, gas hob and electric oven. Separate dining room with seating for 6. Cosy, warm lounge with ample seating for all the family. A single downstairs bedroom for those who struggle with stairs. Downstairs cloakroom WC. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one king size bedroom. PLEASE NOTE TO ACCESS THE BATHROOM YOU HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE MASTER BEDROOM. Large enclosed garden with trampoline, football net and outside furniture. Parking for two cars off-road to the side of the cottage. Guest access You have the whole house and garden to yourselves. Other things to note ONLY ONE WELL BEHAVED DOG ALLOWED FOR A PET FEE - do not leave the dog alone in the cottage unless crated. Please note the accommodation is for self-catering - we provide a starter pack of items like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and new jeye cloth but they will most likely not last the duration of your stay. We do not provide salt, pepper or oil but there may be some in the property if previous guests have left it. We do not provide shower gel or shampoo.
