Star Villa - Ötztal-Blick

Welcome to our place on the Ötzerau sun plateau. We are located close to the state road between Ötz and Kühtai. You can reach the ski lift and the town center in a few minutes and enjoy starry nights and mountain views. The space The star villa is a very old farmhouse that has been completely renovated several times. The age gives the building a lot of charm. We have also renovated and improved a lot in 2018. In the apartment "Ötztal-Blick" there are now 2 full-fledged double beds. It is a hallway From there you go into three enclosed rooms (bedroom, kitchen-living room with box spring bed and bathroom/WC) Guest access An external staircase leads from the parking lot directly to our 2 apartment. This floor is reserved exclusively for our guests. In addition, there is a private terrace, which also adjoins the parking lot with ski depot and ski boot heating. We ourselves live in the rest of the building. Other things to note City tax is not included in the price and is collected on site. (EUR 2.5 in summer and 3,-- in winter per adult guest per night)
