You can go to the beach just north of the building. BAR AND BEACH ACCESS FROM POOL DECK CLOSED DUE TO HURRICANE DAMAGE, NO RE-OPEN DATE AT THIS TIME 2/3/2025 PARKING GARAGE CLOSED SO PARKING WILL EITHER BE IN LOT AT BUILDING OR IN CONTRACTED LOT ON A1A. PLEASE SEE PICS OF PARKING DIAGRAM IN LISTING. Please note, prices have been discounted to reflect current status of building. NO FURTHER DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS will be given to stay due to lack of amenities, condition of building, and parking situation. We cannot be help responsible if lots get full*** Guest access Guests will receive a door code by 8pm the night prior to check-in. We use a remote lock service so may require an e-mail once booked to send code. Other things to note This building's outdoor areas were damaged during Hurricane's Ian and Nicole. Currently, all pools and pool areas are under construction and not useable. Access to the beach is via the side street to the north of the building. Parking is first come first served and there is a potential you may have to park offsite if lot is full. Building amenities currently not available.
