This home is not suitable for loud party groups. We welcome all adults, but we ask that the atmosphere remains calm and considerate. If your intention is to host a party, we kindly ask you to reconsider, as it may be best to book a different property that is more suitable. We do not want to compromise the comfort of our neighbours. Guest access The whole house and garden is available to you; with seating for up to 14 on the patio. Other things to note - There is no mobile reception and no landline. There is only wifi calling. Whilst the wifi is stable, it CANNOT be guaranteed at all times. If you have any medical conditions that are likely to require calling for emergency assistance, this may not be the correct accommodation for you. - We do not provide logs for the woodburning stove, these can be purchased locally at The Log Company. - We have stemless wine glass available at the property but feel free to bring your own should you require wine glass with stem. - If below 0 degrees our exterior areas may be icy and slippery so please approach cautiously taking extra care at steps. - Cooking oil and laundry detergent are not provided at the property. We recommend bringing these items with you if needed, or you may purchase them at nearby stores. - The property is self-catering, so we kindly recommend bringing along any additional supplies you might need during your stay. - We do not accept stag/hen parties or similar. - Please respect our neighbours at all times. - We kindly ask all guests to come inside by 10:00 pm. - Fireworks are strictly prohibited. - You most definitely can bring your dog with you. Just a few reminders though: • No pet/s upstairs • No pet/s on sofas or chairs • They are to be fed in the kitchen • They should be on leads at all times if they will go outside as sheep are nearby. - Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll be in touch to request your email address.
