Here, you will find the wide-open floor plan that features 2 living spaces, one for relaxing and the second for watching the large flat-screen TV. There is a sleeper sofa for additional bedding. The dining table has ample seating for 10 and is also open to the kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry, Keurig coffee makers, and double wall ovens. Guests will enjoy the use of the wet bar, with a separate beverage cooler/wine fridge. On the second level, there are three bedrooms suites with ensuite bathrooms and all have TVs. The first bedroom has a King-size bed and an attached large bathroom with a separate tub and a walk-in shower. The second has a King Size bed. There is a private balcony on this level, which is accessible through both King bedrooms. The third bedroom has a King-size bed and an attached bathroom. The ground level of the home is where the fourth guest bedroom is. This room is furnished with a King size bed and has an attached ensuite bathroom that is also accessible through the hallway.
