Terra Verde Resort amenities and clubhouse: This private gated resort includes outstanding facilities, including a lakeside beach clubhouse featuring a large resort-style swimming pool with tiki bar, relaxing hammocks and lounge chairs, fitness center, arcade, mini golf, basketball court, and more, providing enough entertainment without having to leave the community. - The community recently started charging a $20 per car access/resort fee. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests. - To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area. - No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and owners who are allergic to animals. - No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors. - No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc. - Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong to. - Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.
