T3 Townhouse Old Village - Refurbished March 2023

T3 Townhouse set in one of the most Peaceful areas of the Old Village complex in Vilamoura, with a very lovely Patio and Terrace that overlooks the Pinhal Golf Course. The townhouse has been refurbished recently, with simple but chic interiors. Just 15 minutes walking distance to the Marina, few meters away from 3 swimming pools, small supermarket and several restaurants and bars. The space Entire townhouse, in a very quiet spot of the old village complex. Enjoy the Patio that faces a lawn area, and in the Terrace enjoy the Barbecue and outside dining area. The cleaning and laundry will be performed by our management services partner. Linens and towels are provided. For example for a 7 day stay, the cleaning will include the following: 1. Preparation of the house for the check-in. 2. Midweek cleaning, with towels change. 3. Check-out cleaning, or in case the stay is longer than 7 days, cleaning with towels and linens change. Guest access Full access to the property Full access to the old village complex, restaurants, bars, supermarket, playground area and swimming pools. (In peak/high season on the swimming pools there is a 2 Eur per half day for the sun loungers). We will be glad to help with airport transfer service We supply beach towels, for an extra fee of 2 Eur per day. The beach towels are available at our partner management services office, and should be payed directly there. Other things to note New Touristic Tax. From 1st November 2024, a touristic has been introduced, the tax varies by season, with €2 per person per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 per person per night during the low season (November to March). Children under 16 are not charged. The tax is capped at five consecutive nights per stay​. Along with the request of data for guests checking-in, a link to proceed with the payment of the touristic tax will be send through the Airbnb Resolution Center, a few days before check-in date.
