Cozy 57 sqm apartment with a mezzanine, able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a renovated building (NO lift). The property is located within Vanchiglia district, a stone's throw from the historic center and some of Turin's main attractions: the Mole Antonelliana is only 500 meters away, while the Royal Palace is just over 15 minutes on foot. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a mezzanine and a bathroom. The space The inside is organized as follows: - KITCHEN/LIVING with gas hob (4 burners), dining table for 6 people, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, combi microwave oven, kettle, toaster, juicer and kitchenware; - BEDROOM with double bed, chests of drawers, TV and walk-in closet; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet; - MEZZANINE (access stairs from the kitchen) divided into two spaces with a double sofa bed and a single folding bed. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in the kitchen/living room), central heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: the apartment can accommodate children; however, please, pay attention to the stairs to reach the mezzanine. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every 15 days (maximum) by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case, there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th. The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: - EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30 All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
