A: Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am. We do accommodate late check-ins, but kindly inform us in advance. We prefer to personally welcome you upon arrival, providing you with keys, an orientation of the condo, and addressing any questions you may have about the property or Cabo in general. Q: Do you have high-speed wireless internet access? A: Yes, we've recently implemented a high-speed router in the room, provided at no extra cost to you. This service is available throughout the complex. Additionally, we've set up a TV with Apple TV for your convenience. Simply plug in your information and enjoy your favorite movies or TV series, providing a comfortable end to a day at the beach, much like being at home. Q: Is there daily maid service? A: To ensure competitive pricing, we don't offer mid-stay maid service. However, rest assured that the condo undergoes professional cleaning between guest stays. You'll step into a fresh, well-prepared space with clean linens and sheets. We also provide complimentary amenities like shampoo, soap, coffee, and fresh towels and linens. A: The room features a fully-equipped kitchen, offering the convenience of preparing up to three meals a day if you wish. The kitchen comes fully stocked for your use. On the rooftop, we've set up a mini kitchen with a full grill and mini fridge, exclusively accessible to our guests. This space provides a wonderful opportunity to savor a meal while relishing a sunset. While room service isn't available, you'll find an array of restaurants within walking distance, including those at the mall and marina. The variety of dining options in Cabo ranges from street tacos to exquisite seven-course gourmet experiences. If you have specific queries about reservations or recommendations, don't hesitate to ask. Guest access The condo has a rooftop deck which only 2 other condominiums can access. We own them both and they are also vacation rentals so the only other people up there will be fellow vacationers like you! You have direct access to the rooftop 24 hours a day. There is a dining table up top so you can enjoy the breeze while you eat breakfast or dinner! There is a hammock and space to spread out and a table to play games etc. You have a washer/dryer attached to the condo which you can use during your stay if you need it. The pool area is communal but only shared by 9 total units. There are chaise lounges and shady spots throughput most of the day. The pool is a quiet place and all that we ask is that you respect the neighbors and enjoy yourself! Other things to note Just respect our condo as you would your own! We are on call throughout the day to help you with anything that might arise on your trip.
