The home is located in a residential nestled in an easily accessible natural setting in the Sierra de Huetor Natural Park. The house has two terraces, with their respective terrace furniture (in winter the terrace below is only solarium), portable barbecue, gas thread and large paellera etc. The large detachable pool is located on the lower terrace with sand scrubber (summer season only). Ideal for hiking and mountain activities, Sierra Nevada 55 km away while allowing you to visit Granada as it is 12 km away. 60 km away is the Granada coast, with picturesque villages to visit such as Salobreña or Almuñécar. The city of Malaga is an hour by car and you can visit the white villages such as Frigiliana or Nerja. Marbella is an hour and a half drive away. The sanitary hot water is by gas heater, with an alternative electric thermos system. There is WiFi throughout the unit. All rooms come with TV and cold/heat heating. The pool is detachable but with good dimensions for the bathroom with sand scrubber. There are board games and children's books. There is barbeque and rosco de gas.
