GROUND FLOOR: Bedroom 1: Double room with 2 single beds. It has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Large family room with 2 double beds. Ideal for parents with small children or groups of friends. Close access to a full bathroom. UPPER FLOOR: Bedroom 3: Large room with 1 double bed and a desk. It has a shared en-suite bathroom and windows with magnificent panoramic views. Bedroom 4: (Attic): Spacious and cozy, equipped with 1 double bed and shared en-suite bathroom Bedroom 5 (Attic): Spacious, equipped with 1 double bed with shared bathroom. Other things to note The house has spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada. Check-in and check-out times can be arranged with the person in charge of check-in. Sheets and towels are provided with the home in addition to gel, shampoo, toilet paper etc. The house is fully air-conditioned with wood-burning fireplace to support winter. The sanitary hot water is by gas heater, with an alternative electric thermos system. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. All rooms come with TV and cold/heat heating. The pool is detachable but with good dimensions for the bathroom with sand scrubber. There are board games and children's books. It has two large terraces with garden furniture with a portable barbecue and gas grill with a paella pan. It has a solarium and a lawn area for children to play.
