This lovely barn conversion is set in a courtyard location on the edge of the village of Abergynowlyn in the Dysynni Valley within the Snowdonia National Park. This delightful barn is ideal for families and friends wishing to explore this beautiful part of the country. This delightful cottage is ideal for families and friends wishing to explore this beautiful part of the country. There are six steps down to the front door of this property from where you enter into the large well-equipped kitchen which has a table and chairs. From here you enter through into the comfortable beamed sitting room where you can relax and through a further door, you have the dining room. There is also a shower, basin and WC on this ground floor. Up the stairs are two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds . All bedrooms have sloping ceilings and beams which all add to the character of the property. A bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC, again with characterful sloping ceilings, completes the accommodation. Outside there is a patio with furniture where you can relax with a refreshing drink and listen to the stream that trickles nearby, whilst planning your next day’s activities. The cottage is surrounded by stunning countryside and some of Europe’s best mountain bike trails. There are also many beaches at nearby Aberdovey, Tywyn and Barmouth, which all have watersports. Guest access Access to the cottage is via 6 steps down from the drive. Other things to note Please be aware there is a stream next to the cottage and the outdoor space is not enclosed, therefore children and dogs need to be supervised. There is also a sunken patio with a dry stone wall surrounding it , please ensure that children are supervised and do not walk along the top of the wall. Please note, only seasoned logs may be used on the log burner and are available to buy at Wynnstay Tywyn (logs are not provided).
