Villa Cala Marçal is a semi-detached house spread over three floors and is ideal for a beach vacation with family or friends. It is located in a spectacular place right on the edge of the seashore on the southeast coast. Due to its privileged location, you can enjoy an impressive panorama that encompasses the cliffs and the turquoise water from the covered terrace of the house. The pool and spacious terraces offer the best places to set up your sun loungers and relax. The space You'll enjoy the interior of the cozy beach villa even before it's time to go to bed. The living rooms and bedrooms of this ideal summer house are fully air-conditioned, always at a pleasant temperature. The layout of the light-filled living space is very unusual due to its many windows. From the hall you can access the living/dining room, which is very bright and has access to a covered terrace with partial views of the sea. The separate kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast table. It offers everything you need for your choice of self-catering. You will soon notice that the house is ideal for two families with children, as each floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower or bathtub. A crib and highchair are also available for the little ones. Bathroom with bathtub located on the same floor along with living room and kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to a small balcony with ocean views. The other two bedrooms - each with two single beds - share a separate bathroom with a whirlpool tub. One of these bedrooms also has a small balcony overlooking the ocean. From the hall, stairs go down to the semi-basement where the last bedroom is, with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. It also has a spacious living room with a table, chairs, two sofas, a kitchenette and a laundry room. From this room you can access the outside and the pool. The living/dining room leads to the covered terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy outdoor meals overlooking the sea. From here you go down to the pool area which is very nice. Terrace on one side of the pool with comfortable sun loungers; the ideal place to enjoy long and sunny summer days. Guest access The outdoor area of the Villa has a table, chairs, a portable barbecue and a ping pong table for the whole family to enjoy. From the pool area, through a gate, you can access a path that leads to the rocks and the sea. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange for key pick-up. - One day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and key collection. - Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Check-out: 12:00 AM - 10:00 AM - If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, contact the agency to specify availability, cost and hours. DEPOSIT Upon arrival, guests must pay a deposit of €800.00 by card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed conditions. PRIOR REQUEST - The transfer service is arranged with extra payments 72 hours in advance. - Free crib and high chair. - Second crib and high chair €10.00/day. - Extra bed if available: €28.00/day. All additional payments paid to the agency upon arrival. TOURISM TAX Since July 2016, local authorities have established a tourism tax (ecotax): - €2.20/person/night for the first 8 days. Every following day €1.10/person/night. Not applicable to children under 16 years of age. - It is mandatory that all tourists in Mallorca are registered on the National Police Portal.
