Unit 121 is a corner unit featuring 3 generous size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Everything is one level living with elevator access to each floor. The master suite has a king bed, access to the balcony, TV, and a master bath with dual vanities and separate shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. TV The third bedroom has two twins and its own private bath. TV The living room also has a sleeper sofa. Nice and clean, but not updated. Priced accordingly per the updates and convenience to beach. Other things to note Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation. Pets: This is not a pet friendly home. Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
