It consists of: - Ground floor: a kitchen, a living room, 1 bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, here you can prepare your favorite dishes. - 1st floor: the master bedroom with private bathroom and bathtub, 2 bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom is with 2 single beds. One bathroom for 2 bedrooms. The villa is spacious and very light. We leave the beds made and the towels for each guest. Winter renters are welcome. Come and enjoy your holidays with us! Damage deposit of 800 EUR is requested and should be paid before your arrival. This damage deposit will be refunded after departure in the same way it was received. Guest access If you choose our villa for your holidays, you'll not need a car. Everything is close: supermarkets, bars and restaurants, beach and the center of Albufeira are 5-10 minutes walking distance. Faro airport is 27km from the house. Also we can arrange a transfer for you (for additional cost). Other things to note You can be asked to pay a damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded after your departure. Our villa has got its rules: - the house should be left in the same condition as it was when you entered. - garbage should be thrown away. Big containers for the garbage are in front of Villa 10. - dirty dishes must be put in the dishwasher. Do not put dirty dishes in the cupboards please! -on the day of your departure please leave the key in the key box, turn all electrical appliances off, including air conditioning. Close the windows and the front door, don't forget to close the gate. - the key from the house put in the same key lock.
