Other things to note • Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay. • We do not charge service fees. We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
