A two minute walk from Cavour metro station, the apartment is very quiet and well equipped. Wifi connection, digital TV, washing machine, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, AC and heating. A cot and highchair are also available upon request. The space The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a three storey building. It is in one of the typical alleys of Rione Monti, but conveniently located so as to be extremely quiet. The spacious 50mq loft has the following features: - dining area with comfortable table and 4 chairs - spacious living area with window, bed-sofa, armchair with footstool, TV and huge bookshelf with books and magazines - spacious and comfortable kitchen with kitchen top facing the dining area, fully equipped (fridge with freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso machine...) - sleeping area accessible via 4 steps, with double bed (160x200) - wardrobe area with window - spacious and comfortable bathroom (with window) with large shower, bidet and washing machine. The entire apartment has just been entirely renovated and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi connection. Guest access The apartment is located in Rione Monti, which is a limited traffic area (ZTL). Traffic is suspended in the area at the following times: 6.30-18.00 from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 14.00-18.00 Saturday (excluding bank holidays) Parking in the area is limited. There are both free parkings (marked by white stripes) and pay-and-display ones (marked by blue stripes). Other things to note For 2 guests only the double bed in the bedroom will be set up. If you also want to use the bed of the couch in the living room, you must expressly request it before your arrive and an additional cost of € 40.00 will be applied.
