In the small Normandy village of Grandcourt, the Chezelles family offers a wing of the family property, a former hunting lodge built in 1645. Occupancy is 13 beds (6 bedrooms). You will appreciate the large living room, the equipped kitchen, not to mention the park crossed by the river that will bring you calm and tranquility, as well as a private tennis court. The space You will appreciate a large fitted kitchen that leaves complete freedom to concoct meals for a family or couples of friends. You will appreciate its atmosphere mixing authenticity and modernity. A direct opening to a small porch will allow you to enjoy the garden (table, garden chairs, deckchairs and hammock are at your disposal). A large dining room can be opened for 12 or more adults. The kitchen also opens onto a very large living room with an imposing brick fireplace. It calls for conviviality with its large sofas, games table, foosball table and piano. A ping-pong table is located in the next room and will allow for wild games. This house is ideal for a family event, a family reunion, a reunion with friends, to celebrate a birthday or to celebrate Christmas with family. Many also come for remote work. A balcony overlooks the garden, river and dovecote. It has a spacious and bright bathroom, including a large bathtub in the center of the room, a walk-in shower and a large wardrobe. Its private toilets are separate and are located opposite, on the landing. The "Gabrielle" Room The "Gabrielle" room, with an area of 30 m2, consists of a 160 x 200 double bed, a large desk and several armchairs to relax in. The latter opens onto a bright and pleasant bathroom consisting of a bathtub, a large wardrobe and a toilet. Children's bedroom The children's room called "The Parakeet Room" consists of three single beds. It is large enough to add an extra bed on request. A large wardrobe and dresser are available to store your children's personal belongings. Let yourself be lulled by the birdsong, escape with the books offered on the shelf… The room is adjoining the parents' bathroom. The Baltimore Room With an area of 30 m2, the Baltimore room consists of a 160 x 200 double bed, a desk and several armchairs to relax in. A large wardrobe is available to store your personal belongings. The bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom with shower. Pink Garden Room With an area of 30 m2, the Pink Garden room consists of a 160 x 200 double bed, a large desk and several armchairs to relax in. A large wardrobe and a dresser are available to store your personal belongings. The bedroom is adjoining the bathroom with shower. Bellegarde Room The Bellegarde room consists of 2 twin beds of 90 x 200 (which can be combined), a desk and several armchairs to relax in. A chest of drawers is available to store your personal belongings. Bellegarde is connected to the Pink Garden room. It also has a bathroom with bathtub. More information For your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival and you will find a set of towels in each bathroom. You will also have a half-stère of wood at your disposal upon arrival (€30 for an additional half-stère). A cleaning fee is charged and amounts to 160 euros. You can pay upon arrival or departure. This exceptional manor is rented for a minimum of 2 nights (on weekends). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. You must also acknowledge Please respect the premises and noise pollution as the owners live next door. The accommodation includes stairs. River running through the garden, please watch your children who are under your responsibility. Pretty attic in the property overlooking the tennis court (accessible from April to October). Some spaces are shared — The tennis court (quick playable from April to October) with the owners as well as a petanque court. A security deposit of €800 – in case of property damage – will be required upon signing the contract. Provision of a badminton net and a ping pong table (with loan of balls and rackets) and a foosball table. Your children can also enjoy the wooden playground (swing). Access to the river is possible, but we remind you that it surrounds the entire property and can be a REAL DANGER for children. Note: it is quite possible to have a drive delivered (with Leclerc Drive) to the Baronnie before your arrival and I am at your disposal to put your products in the fridge upon receipt of your order.
