Guest can have access to the laundry area in the lower level. Other things to note There are three short flights of stairs to access this unit. There is the potential for noise as this is an apartment building. We try to ensure our building remains smoke free but it is difficult to control at times. Occasionally there may be the smell of cigarette smoke in the halls and we do apologize. If you are allergic or very sensitive to the smell of smoke this may not be the place for you to book.
