The place is very close to white sandy beach, cozy, shared pool, has great views, friendly neighborhood, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids and furry friends. This wonderful vacation home sits on top of a little hill overlooking the ocean and bay of Spa Buena Vista. It is a comfortable and cozy family vacation home, featuring a shared pool, a spacious view terrace on the beach side and another terrace in the back protected from the wind. The charming kitchen with polished cement counter tops and Mexican tile is very well equipped. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest bedroom a queen. All rooms are fully air conditioned and you will have wifi throughout the house. From the house it is only a 2 minute walk down to the beach and 5 minutes to the nearby Buena Vista Beach Resort. Guest has access to shared shaded parking space and pool. The house is located at the small beautiful fishing village it’s called Spa Buena Vista. Is one of the older Gringo communities of the East Cape with around 100 properties stretching along the beach for around 2 miles. The Spa property owners know why they bought and built their home in this community...it has the most beautiful endless beaches of all the area, white sand, shallow turquoise water and the greatest fishing right from shore. And, as the name says, they get their water directly from hot springs in the mountains. Pets are allowed with prior request and confirmation (there would be an extra fee).
