Walk less than 200 metres to the lakefront, retail shops, bars and cafes. The space The spacious lounge features an open plan kitchen and dining area, with sliding doors opening out to the balcony. Wooden shutters allow you to block out the sun throughout the day, while the central heating system will keep you warm throughout the colder months. Full laundry facilities are located in a cupboard in the hall. The home has Three bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms. • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed • Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds • Bedroom 3: 1 Single Bed It's located on the second floor of 101 Roberts with two underground parking spaces and a secure storage room. 101 Roberts gated complex features an internal elevator, communal outdoor swimming pool* and fitness room for your convenience. Apple TV boxes on both TVs provide guests with easy access to their favourite streaming services - perfect for travellers who want modern entertainment and convenience at their fingertips. Other things to note • *Swimming pool is available over Summer only, from Labour weekend through to Easter weekend. • Charging of electric vehicles including bikes is prohibited in the basement garage due to safety concerns. • We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
