This spacious, two-bedroom, apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars, restaurants. Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away. Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. The space * A note to our regular customers - we have not increased our prices, Airbnb's pricing structure has changed and the nightly rate now includes your guest service fee! * Best suited to longer term stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, two double bedrooms with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. There is a bright outlook and great view from the windows at both the front and rear of the property, which you can see in the photos! Guest access Guests will have the entire Apartment to themselves. Other things to note There is a well-maintained, illuminated, stairway up to the apartment, accessed via a secure entry system. The buildings in the area were built around 1900 so the walls/windows of the stairway do show their age and the rear garden is not actively used. You can see a photo of the building and entrance to the property within the photos. Being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. There are double beds in both of the two bedrooms. Infants and young children are very welcome and many of our guests are families. Please get in touch if you have any questions re sleeping arrangements as there is no cot at the property.
