Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. The dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. Guest access Guests will have the entire Apartment to themselves. Other things to note There is a well-maintained, illuminated, stairway up to the apartment, accessed via a secure entry system. The buildings in the area were built around 1900 so the walls/windows of the stairway do show their age and the rear garden is not actively used. You can see a photo of the building and entrance to the property within the photos. Being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. There are double beds in both of the two bedrooms.
