It is an elegant apartment, recently renovated, on the second floor of a beautiful private building. You will enter an elegantly furnished living area with a beautiful beamed ceiling, equipped with a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a day of sightseeing, shopping or work. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven and a complete set of utensils for cooking. The sleeping area consists of a large and bright double bedroom elegantly furnished. The main bathroom in black tones has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and hair straightener. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed and a second service bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washer dryer. It is equipped with sheets and towels, courtesy kit consisting of body lotion, shampoo, soap. The house has two splits for air conditioning, to allow you to spend cool nights in the hot summer. The house is equipped with the latest generation ultra-fast WI FI connection. Washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board are at your complete and free disposal. The center of Noventa di Piave, where the apartment is located, is a lively area, full of typical restaurants, bars, tobacconists, markets, pharmacies, ATMs and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
