The lower level has a custom wet bar, plus a large family room with a TV, a pool table, board games, and a sofa bed. It walks out to a patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. A stairway leads to the oversize stationary and floating dock, with a sitting area that provides plenty of room for sunbathing and enjoying the water. This home is conveniently located and is only a few minutes' boat ride to the Bridgewater area. There is plenty of parking for cars and a boat trailer, and there is a large front yard.
