Croc is perfectly located at the North end of town, close to Fifth and Coco Beach. It is a small building with 9 fully equipped units, green and shady common areas, and a chill vibe. Our guests tend to stay longer than just a few nights. Croc and its guests are friendly, community oriented people ranging from digital nomads to scuba divers, yoga people, retirees, etc. Simply a great place to hang out and enjoy life in Playa. The space This studio is on the 2nd floor and is ideal for guests traveling alone or with a partner. It is fully equipped with a queen bed, a small table and chairs for eating and working, closet and a cabinet with drawers, private bathroom with spacious shower, AC, and fast fiber optic wireless internet. We have 3 providers to choose from so you should never have to be without internet. The kitchenette has everything you need and what you don't see in the pictures we can provide you with, just let us know. Guest access The studio is private and will only be used by you. The common areas, rooftop sun deck are shared with other guests and our 2 cats, Ella and Paco. They love food and attention (food comes first though). Feel free to give them both. Other things to note If you are traveling with a small pet, please let us know before make a reservation. We will need to know more about your pet before we can confirm your pet's stay at Croc. We have 3 cats that live in the common areas, they're called Ella, Flaco (skinny), and Paco. They love attention and food! Feel free to provide them with both (they do get fed by us even though they pretend they don't!). The studio comes with a clean set of towels and sheets. If you are staying longer you can have them laundered at a nearby laundromat. The laundry of sheets and towels and the cleaning of the unit during their stay is the responsibility of the guest. If you want to book a cleaning service during your stay (cost is extra) please get in touch with us. We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, these include drinking water, hand soap, garbage bags and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay. Also, we dont provide sal, pepper or oil duing your stay. Please note that this studio does not have a kitchen sink. Dishes can be washed in the bathroom sink. There is no parking in the building, you must park on the street using a parking meter
