Southsea Studios offers new and modern Studio apartments in the heart of Southsea just a few minutes walk from the lovely seafront. Our studios are within a lovely grand, detached Edwardian property in an exclusive residential area of Southsea. Our place is warm and welcoming and well suited for everyone visiting Portsmouth who is looking for somewhere to stay that is easy and convenient, while very comfortable & luxurious. The space Each studio is completely private and secure, while very luxurious and comfortable . Featuring a double bed made up with top of the range fresh linen, en-suite bathroom with a brand new shower (offering a unique showering experience with its broad, generous stream of water), as well as a niche kitchenette with everything you could need for a short stay with us. (perfect for dishing up your late night takeaway). Our studios all have central heating which keeps the space warm and cozy through the Winter nights along with a cool fan for the Summer. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with milk & sugar. A lovely feature that our guests love is the Nespresso machine with tasty Starbucks© coffee pods that you'll find in your apartment. You will also have free access to high speed WiFi. Parking is available on street, no reservation needed and is £4 per 24 hour period via permits which are readily available from inside the apartment. Complimentary toiletries (in case you forget your own) , bottled water and biscuits are provided, along with luxury bathrobes & slippers which are perfect for relaxing in after a long day exploring all that Southsea has to offer. We also welcome you with a complimentary fully stocked mini fridge in the apartment with some soft drinks, Beers and Chocolate. Refreshments are always well received after a long journey. There are no cooking facilities at Southsea Studios. No stone is left unturned when it comes to welcoming you to Southsea Studios. Guest access When you stay with us you have access to our peaceful garden located at the rear of the property which features a lovely shaded arbour for you to enjoy on those sunny summer evenings along with a table and chairs, perfect for an afternoon beverage in the sun. Other things to note We also welcome guests in other studios within the property so consideration should be given to others when transiting within the communal areas. Refundable security deposit of £90.00 GBP is required prior to check-in for all reservations 7 days or less. For reservations of 8 nights or more a deposit of £150.00GBP is required prior to check-in. Bikes are available free of charge for your use during your stay. A great way to explore! (April - Sep).
