We provide toaster, blender, Keurig Duo Coffee maker, air fryer for your convenience. Ping-pond and ice hockey table (2 in 1) was recently added. Pickleball paddles are available to use as well, the nearest pickleball courts are located at Shamrock park. Noise machine, baby portable bouncer, baby monitor, infant toys and beach tent for kids, mini baby crib, as well as pack and play are available during your stay. For guests considering a late check-out, kindly note that a fee is applicable after 10 am, and host approval is required for extended stays/late check-out. We strive to accommodate your needs whenever possible. You are welcome to use our bikes during your visit . Due to regular wear and tear, the salt air and humidity, we cannot guarantee the number of usable bikes at the time of your visit. We regularly maintain them, but it is not guaranteed that the bikes will all be available. All riders ride at their own risk. To maintain a fresh and clean environment for all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, with a $500 fee imposed for violations. Additionally, we regret to inform you that pets, including service or emotional support animals, are not allowed due to host allergies. For your convenience, we provide essential supplies such as trash bags, dishwasher, and washer detergents for the initial days of your stay. However, please note that propane for grilling is not provided. You can easily refill out tank at nearby stores like Walmart or Home Depot if needed. We understand the importance of cleanliness, and while basic cleaning of the grill is performed, we kindly ask each guest to assist in maintaining its cleanliness before and after use. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant experience for all our guests. Late check out fee applied past 10 am. Sorry no pets (service or emotional) are allowed due to Host allergies. Maximum 3 cars allowed at the property at any time. Please park on the driveway or inside the garage. Absolutely no parking allowed on the grass. Trailer & Boat Parking: Guests must request approval before booking to park trailers or boats. Additional fee applies. Unauthorized parking will result in a $500 fee.
