Luxurious villa 135 m² with private heated swimming pool, hammam (steam bath) and Mediterranean garden - Up to 8 people Distance to center of Kalamata: 600m Distance to beach: 800m The space Thalias Quarters is a luxury 5-star ground floor villa in which guests can enjoy the rich private garden of the house with the heated pool, the sunbathing area with comfortable sun loungers and the 8-seater solid wood table, as well as the hammam on the ground floor. All Kalamata Mediterranean Villas have Advanced Central Heating and Cooling Systems, using Heat Pumps and Fan Coils. The room temperature of the villas is, by default, maintained at 22oC in winter and 26oC in summer, in order to achieve ideal thermal comfort for our guests throughout the year. It has three bedrooms, one master bedroom with a large king-size bed, private bathroom and hammam, one bedroom with a large king-size bed, one bedroom with two semi-double beds and an additional bathroom with a spacious shower. With a floor plan which respects the division of private and communal spaces, the kitchen, dining room and living room are set in an open plan space whilst the bedrooms enjoy privacy in snug spaces. The living room features a large sofa bed, smart flat-screen TV with Netflix access and a large dining area for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern top appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. The private Mediterranean garden has a swimming pool, with a maximum depth of 1.30 m, length 7.5 m & width 2.7 m, which has a constant temperature all year round at 28 oC regardless of the weather conditions prevailing in environment. Thus, guests can enjoy their bath and relax on the comfortable sun loungers in the spacious private garden. There is also an outdoor shower, a 10-seater solid wood garden dining area and a smaller rotunda on the terrace for their morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinner. All bedrooms have modern desks with chairs and free Wi-Fi internet access at very high speeds of up to 100mbps. It is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata, in a walking distance from the centre, and the local beach. This neighborhood was once an endless orange and lemon grove, the Mansion along with its neighboring houses has preserved the old homes and gardens to give a unique view of traditional hospitality in Kalamata and the south of Greece. Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are provided 100% from renewable energy sources. All beds in the villa have very comfortable American Simmons & Sealy mattresses for a unique sleeping experience. Thalias Quarters,135 m2 is part of the villa The Mansion, and together with the Angelinas Quarters 135 m2 (first floor) can be used as a single villa 270 m2, which is connected by an internal staircase and has a specially soundproofed door to provide privacy and comfort to the residents. Thalias Quarters is a part of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites & Villas. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house on the ground floor and garden. Other things to note The laundry on the roof is shared with the visitors on the upper floor of the Mansion. There is an extra cost 30€ for late check in after 21:00. There is an extra cost 50€ for late check in after 00:00. Billing policy for infants is the same as the child billing policy, ie the charge is 25€/infant/day of stay. Children up to 2 years stay at €30 per person per night when using an available baby cot. People of all ages stay for €30 per person per night when using an extra bed available.
