Moreover, for boat owners or renters, the villa offers the added advantage of yacht parking right in front. Public charging pillars with water and electricity access are available. Basic House Rules: - No parties or loud music that bothers the neighborhood - Please do not throw toilet paper or wet towels into the toilet - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. In case of scheduled “same day check out & check in”, we might ask you to check out at 10:00 or check in at 16:00 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house but there are ashtrays to be used outside in the garden, balcony or veranda. - Pets allowed only after our confirmation, cleaning disinfection fee applies - It is unlikely but in case of any complains or damage report we hold the right to visit the property on short notice You will be required to read and understand the house rules, which you can expect via email after booking with us.
