Fully stocked kitchen with essentials, including a waffle maker, Crockpot, and coffee station. Smart TV in the living room for entertainment. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Primary Suite (Upstairs): Features a comfortable King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen bed. Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen bed. Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Double-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle, perfect for kids. A Pack 'n Play is available for infants. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom. Outdoor Living & Lake Access: Expansive two-story deck with an 8-person dining table and cozy lounge chairs. Charcoal grill for BBQs overlooking the serene cove. Direct access to the water from the lower level for swimming and fishing. Guests can use our provided paddle boards and lake floats. You can park your own boat right on the bulkhead in front of the townhouse. Amenities: Full laundry room with washer, dryer, and supplies. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living spaces, and the private two-story deck. In addition, you are welcome to enjoy the shared community amenities, which include: Community Swimming Pool Gym / Fitness Center Racquet Club Scenic Walden Trails Other things to note *Please respect our space and the love and care that was poured into it. *To ensure everything is ready for your visit, we ask that all guests complete a rental agreement and pre-arrival form before check-in. It’s just a quick step to ensure everything is clear for a great experience! *We encourage all guests to review our house rules prior to booking to make sure that our space is a fit for your group! *We love to accommodate your trip and your guests the best we can! This includes being pet friendly as well as offering early checkin and late checkout (when available). 🐾 Pet fee $75 per pet, maximum of 4 pets. *Pets are not allowed on furniture and you must clean up any waste/messes made by your pets. If these procedures are not followed, there will be an extra $200 cleaning fee. 🧭*Early Checkin/Late Checkout is $25 each (when available) Please inquire about availability ahead of time. *Any damages or missing items made by guest/pet will incur a cost to fix/replace the damages. Safety Note: For your safety, please be aware there is a step between the bunk room and the Jack & Jill bathroom, and another step down from the foyer into the hallway on the lower level.
