Use Studio Arosa as a homey starting point for all your activities. Due to the central location in the middle of the resort, you can reach mountain railways, lakes and restaurants in no time. Nothing stands in the way of quiet hours in the studio due to the comprehensive and comfortable basic equipment. The space The studio is equipped with: a double bed, an open kitchen, a private bathroom with shower, a bicycle and ski room, a TV and Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dryer are also available to share. !! Attention, at the moment there may be noise emissions due to a nearby construction site!! Other things to note Tourism Arosa requires a tourist tax and an accommodation tax for all guests staying in Arosa. Therefore, in addition to the stated price of the studio, we charge a fee of CHF 6 per person per day. For example: 2 people stay for 3 nights. This costs a total of 36 CHF. We would therefore ask you to transfer the amount applicable to you. After your booking, you will receive a payment reminder with the corresponding bank details. Furthermore, in the winter season (11.01-04.30) we offer the possibility to rent a parking space in the Ochsenbühl parking garage at a reduced price. The cost per day we charge is CHF 12 per day. If you are interested in this parking space, we would also ask you to transfer the respective amount to us. You will receive a corresponding payment reminder along with the reminder regarding tourism and accommodation taxes.
