Koetshuis Puur Eastermar is an exclusive apartment in the former coach house of our monumental farmhouse from 1860. The farm is located on De Lits between Burgumermeer and De Leyen. With its own jetty, this location is an excellent base for water sports or just to enjoy the breathtaking views. The area is also very suitable for hiking and biking in the typical coulisse landscape. The coach house is very spacious (75m2) and equipped with every comfort. The space The coach house has been completely renovated as an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is a private entrance and through French doors in the living room you have access to a private garden with terrace and a jetty directly on the waterway. The coach house still contains all the original features from 1850 with a mix of all the luxury you can imagine in a romantic atmosphere. The mix of absolute privacy and a breathtaking beauty of the free view over open water and the meadows makes the place unique. Especially when you consider that you can also enjoy the wellness facilities in the outdoor Jacuzzi (magnesium bath) and the sauna of the apartment. The carriage house is completely energy-neutral. Guest access You have access to the complete coach house (75m2) with all amenities and a private entrance. You have your own private garden with terrace, Jacuzzi with magnesium water and sauna (for an additional fee) and direct access to the jetty and open water. So you can also safely come and stay with your own boat or go fishing on the jetty. Other things to note We have a wellness facility with private Jacuzzi and sauna exclusively for guests. These facilities are private and exclusive for guests to book for an additional fee. You can also use the motor rubber boat and the two sup boards for a fee.
